What is the Altra Balanced Cushioning and FootShape™ toe box?
Our signature design features a FootShape™ toe box that allows your toes to relax and spread out naturally, while Balanced Cushioning positions your heel and forefoot at an equal distance from the ground to encourage better form and low-impact landings.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.
What is your return policy for worn shoes?
We offer a 30-day 'guaranteed fit' policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your shoes after a few runs, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
How do I find the right size in Altra shoes?
Most Altra models fit true to size, but we recommend leaving about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to allow for natural foot expansion during runs.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or improper sizing.
