Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the returns process to ensure free return shipping.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn shoes in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
