An updated full-length carbon fiber plate delivers a 14% increase in asymmetry, allowing for a more natural (and probably faster) stride. This redesign overhaul combined with additional flex grooves in the outsole gives you 75% improved flexibility. With Altra’s signature FootShape fit, you get a roomy toe box with space for your toes to move freely, snug midfoot, and zero drop, so you can move the way you were designed to.
